Hello,

And thank you for stopping by. Art is the product of expression. Expression of the self; of the community. Let's start with the self. I grew up in the small city of Nampa, ID. It wasn't the biggest artistic enclave in the world, but it did help foster my love for the stage at a very young age. The drive to perform led me to Seattle, WA and attend Cornish College of the Arts. I was off to become a professional actor.

There my love for Theater grew. Exponentially.

My circle of understanding grew too, and consecutively the circumference of interests grew along with it. While I was trying to learn all about the acting thing, I ended up learning about other things like writing, directing, choreography. I even learned more about why we do Theater in the first place: for those around us. Being a true artist also means that you are a true citizen to your community. Because of this about half-way through my time at Cornish I co-founded a theater company: The Core Ensemble. A company that seeks to empower our community through original performance events. While we're still growing up ourselves, we all share the same goal of making our home of Seattle a better place. I'm excited for what's to come.

In the meantime, you will probably be seeing me around, doing productions of all kinds. Acting has always been my bedrock, and my love for it has nothing but increased over the years. If you would like to know more about what I'm doing or what I'm planning to do please check out my Up Next page or send me a message.

Sincerely,

Warren L.
